This policy governs the Site only. Information provided after a person becomes a client of the Firm is governed by the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar and by the written engagement agreement between the client and the Firm, both of which impose confidentiality obligations broader than those described here.

To comply with legal, ethical, and Florida Bar recordkeeping obligations
Information submitted through the Site is not privileged
Submitting a form, sending an email, or leaving a voicemail through the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship. Until the Firm has completed a conflicts check and both the prospective client and the Firm have signed a written engagement agreement, information sent to the Firm is not protected as a confidential attorney-client communication.
Please do not send sensitive, privileged, or time-critical details through the Site. Email transmitted over the internet is not encrypted end to end and may be intercepted or misdirected.
Disclosure of information
The Firm does not sell personal information and does not disclose personal information to third parties for those parties' own marketing purposes. Information is shared only as follows:
Wix.com Ltd. — website hosting and platform infrastructure, including form submissions and scheduling

Law enforcement or other parties where disclosure is required by law, court order, subpoena, or to protect the rights or safety of any person
Retention
Inquiry information from persons who do not become clients is retained for as long as needed to run conflict-of-interest checks and as required by the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar. Client files are retained for at least six years after the conclusion of a matter, or longer where the engagement agreement or applicable rules require it.
